She takes the action- therapy, talking to her inner circle, journaling, reading books, listening to podcasts (we have all been there) and doing the work is especially a challenge when you are very aware of everything she is facing, yet still feel the same stagnation that keeps her in a perpetual cycle of suffering.
From depression, anxiety, lack of purpose, ruminating thoughts to habits, undesirable self-talk and thoughts that make way to stay.
She knows to an extent why and how these parts of her are staying alive and well in her life, yet still faces the physical, spiritual, emotional and habitual pain points. She knows there is something more in all that she is currently facing. The innate desire to fully embrace a life that was meant for her!
Cassandra is a Certified Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Life Coach with a specialty in spiritual health and wellness. She focuses the work with the collective in cultivating the abundance of inner success, healing and self-reclaimation using Five Element Reiki and Mentorship offerings that allow her to be a guide for inner transformation. Her work, services and wisdom lives out in her business, AscendHer. and on her social media platforms. Through Cassandra's almost decade-long personal reclamation and transformation journey of shifting and healing her father/mother wounds, co-dependent conditioning and imbalanced energy, has landed her to live out her purpose to spark other women's ability to heal, transform and cultivate inner success. The path of inner work within her own spiritual awakening journey and alignment calls her to live out her purpose to serve the women's collective.
